Aerial Power, Stretching
I have always been drawn to spirituality, yet I only discovered yoga six years ago. From my very first class, I was captivated by the sense of mindful presence and felt as though a new door was opening for me.
Regular practice helped me through a difficult period and brought wonderful changes to my life—changes I wanted to share with others—which is why I completed my first yoga teacher training.
For me, yoga fosters a deeper connection with myself and others; it teaches me to be present, to let go, and to find inner calm. I consider physical health just as important as mental health, and yoga plays a vital role in maintaining both. This is the experience I aim to share in my classes.
Practicing aerial yoga allows my inner child to come out and play. I believe that all the swinging, hanging upside down, and climbing injects a sense of playfulness and freedom into everyday life, helping to dissolve inhibitions. Executing challenging poses boosts self-confidence and encourages me to push my boundaries, while relaxation in this form is a truly unique experience.
