Spine Training

Since childhood, I have been close to various sports, which I have done as a hobby, e.g. swimming, cycling, badminton, dancing. However, in my adolescence, I was diagnosed with severe scoliosis, which I had to have surgery for when I was 16. As a student, this made physiotherapy and strengthening the muscles along the spine of utmost importance to me. As an adult, this took a back seat, and the many sedentary jobs and continuous sitting in front of the computer all day took their toll, and my back started to hurt. That's when I discovered spine training, thanks to which my back pain slowly decreased and then disappeared. It was a part of my life on a weekly basis for eight years, and the habit became a passion.

In 2021, I completed the Fitness Academy Fitness Instructor training, and then started giving online workouts. During the day, I gave office spine training to colleagues at my workplace. Later, I further deepened my knowledge and completed Csilla Almásy's SpineUp! Preventive spine training course. I have been regularly giving personal, group spine training classes for three years.

My passion is to raise awareness about maintaining the health of our spine. My goal is to set an example and help people prevent or, if they have already developed, relieve back pain, and reduce the risk of developing spinal problems in the future.
