I started practicing yoga in 2014, and it has been a part of my daily life ever since. During the relaxation at the end of my first Hatha Yoga class, I felt a tingling sensation that I had never experienced before. This was my first experience, thanks to which I immediately fell in love with this form of exercise. In addition, the physical and mental benefits of yoga cannot be ignored. For me, yoga provides challenge, development, opportunity, strength, energy, and at the same time peace.

I constantly strive to improve, not only on a physical level, but also in terms of expanding my knowledge. The yoga and teacher training courses I have completed in recent years have all contributed to my development and increased body awareness.

My two favorite trends are yoga therapy and dynamic yoga. In my classes, I place great emphasis on posture-improving exercises, given the harmful effects of a modern lifestyle. My goal is to help practitioners develop their body awareness so that they can use it in their own practice.
