Integrated Yoga, Hatha Yoga with an Ayurvedic Perspective

Wednesday, Thursday

What does yoga mean to me?

An opportunity to connect with it exactly in the way my body and soul desire.
Over the years, it has become my best friend, whenever my body is thirsty or my soul is hungry, I am always happy to see it in its infinite world.

What can it mean to you?

You can discover a new side of yourself. You can learn to understand and manage your body's signals, learn how to smooth out stressful situations.
And most importantly, if you can breathe, you can do yoga, and you don't have to be a rubber man. Yoga happens, if you simply practice, it will lead you on your path, holding your hand.

I met yoga in 2008 and since then it has accompanied my path, sometimes more quietly, sometimes more loudly, or I have accompanied the path of yoga.

My original qualification is a conductor, so even in college, my task was to continuously develop and structure independent movement and rehabilitation processes from infants to the elderly.

In 2017, I started the process of becoming a yoga instructor in hatha yoga. In 2018, I became acquainted with the Ayurvedic therapeutic yoga trend, so I can put together even more complex sessions for all ages. Group and individual, personalized sessions are both close to me, but one of my favorite areas is senior movement therapy.

I look forward to seeing you every Wednesday and Thursday, come and spend time with me!
