Clients learn to do things for their health that a doctor cannot do for them. The strength of the pelvic floor muscles, the walls of the blood vessels that provide their blood supply, the anatomical height of the bladder, uterus, and rectum require regular care. Learning and regularly performing Kriston Pelvic Exercises is recommended from young adulthood for healthy menstruation, quality sexuality, to promote fertility, as preparation for childbirth, later for the proper functioning of the sphincter muscles, and for old age ensuring a better quality of life. With conscious lower abdominal protection, you can take your health into your own hands at any age and experience how different it is when you feel the strength in your sphincter muscles. Kriston Intimate Exercises training for women is recommended from the age of 17.

Nothing unpleasant happens to you during the training, you do not have to tell the group about your individual background or any problems. Based on the questionnaire with the key word, you will receive an individual exercise series and audio material to help you practice, in which you can develop yourself most effectively with regular practice.
