Therapeutic spine yoga is a gentle form of yoga focused on maintaining and restoring physical and mental health. It includes safe, preventive exercises, conscious breathing, tension release, and stress management techniques to support both the body and the nervous system. In these classes we'll move gently so completely beginners are welcome too. Its recommended to everybody who wants to feel more comfortable in his body.
I highly recommend it to young and elderly people as well who have sedentary lifestyles or desk jobs.
