Hip opening vinyasa with Dorina

In this class we focus on hip area. Due to our sedentary life I consider the mobilisation of this area one of the most important things. Besides dynamic yoga is a perfect way to create a balance between strength and flexibility.
Hip opening vinyasa is a dynamic class. We start the class with a short grounding practice. Then after a gentle warm-up we continue with short help poses. At the end of the class we spend more time with hip opening poses.
During the class asanas flow from one to other in harmony with breathing. We focus our mind on breathing and movements and emphasize continuity. We held asanas shorter than in a static class. So the essence of dynamic yoga is harmonising breathing and movements. This approach of dynamic yoga develops a high sense of awareness and supports a calm, meditative state of mind. Through movement and breath our mind finds its meditative peace.
