INTEGRATED YOGA WITH S. JUDIT

While staying true to the traditional roots and goals of Hatha yoga, we progress together in the classes. But as the world changes, we, too, are constantly shaped by ongoing processes. This is how I personally discovered Ayurveda and various yoga styles: Flow, Yin, Kundalini. These practices blend together, giving great importance to the natural health of the spine, and you may also encounter elements of Qigong, Tai Chi, and other valuable therapeutic methods.
Relaxation is an essential part of the practice, as it supports us both physically and mentally – a priceless gift in today’s fast-paced world. In the closing section of the class, you can experience elements of autogenic training, progressive relaxation, and guided imagery – all of which lay a strong foundation for preparing for meditation. We also explore the beneficial effects of conscious breathing and, last but not least, there are sometimes surprising, unconventional exercises as well.
You are gladly welcome if you’d like to actively rest and recharge.
