These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTCC) contain the rights and obligations of the Data Subjects (hereinafter: Data Subjects) using the services provided by Lightmotiv Studio.
Lightmotiv Yoga & Selfness Center and Data Subjects are hereinafter collectively referred to as: Parties.
The GTC applies to all services that the Data Subject can use at the Lightmotiv Yoga & Selfness Center.

General information:
  • The Lightmotiv Yoga & Selfness Center is operated by the Motibro online system: www.motibro.com
  • Purchases are possible in person at the Center: in cash or, in certain cases, by bank transfer.
  • By purchasing, the Data Subject declares that he/she accepts the terms of these GTC and the Data Protection Notice – GDPR – published on the website, and consents to the data processing contained in the Data Protection Notice.
  • The language of the contract is Hungarian. This document does not qualify as a written contract, its contents will not be filed or archived, so it cannot be accessed or retrieved subsequently.
  • Prices are in HUF.
  • The Data Subject pays the nominal value of the service used to Kovács Beáta e.v. Lightmotiv & Lighthouse C.
  • Information required for bank transfer: Beáta Kovács, K&H Bank, Account number: HU58 10410400 00000100 48433528
In the comments section, please indicate the name of the person using the service and the exact service fee. The invoice for the transfer will be sent to the address provided.

Using day tickets, passes:
  • The validity of the Rental and/or day ticket can always be found in the description of the prices/our prices.
  • The Rental can be used within the specified period. If it has not been used during this period, we are unable to refund its value.
  • The contract between the Data Subject and Lightmotiv Stúdió will be terminated by using the units available on the Rental, but at the latest upon the expiration of the usage period.
  • You can find out about the current subscription structures and their details at the Lightmotiv Yoga & Selfness Center or at www.lightmotiv.hu.
  • We process the data of visitors to the Lightmotiv studio according to the conditions set out in the Privacy Policy, which can be found here: www.lightmotiv.hu

Conditions for participating in a course or program:
  • In the case of courses and programs, we always request prior registration, with an advance payment or full payment, according to the details published when they are announced.
  • In the case of advance payment, the applicant must pay the remaining course fee no later than the first time.
  • Cancellation conditions
               - In the event of cancellation before the start date of the program or course, the applicant will                         lose the advance payment, but will not be required to make any further payments
              - In the event of cancellation after the start date of the program or course, the applicant must pay                  the full fee.
  • If the course or workshop is cancelled by Lightmotiv Yoga & Selfness Center, the full amount paid will be refunded or can be used for another product or service.
  • The data of those applying for the course or program will be processed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Policy, which can be found here: www.lightmotiv.hu

Online bank card payments
  • Online bank card payments are made through the Barion system. Bank card data is not passed on to the merchant. The service provider, Barion Payment Zrt., is an institution under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.

Additional provisions:
  • Lightmotiv Yoga & Selfness Center is entitled to send newsletters to Data Subjects if the Data Subject has consented to this by providing the appropriate data and accepting the data processing regulations.
  • Lightmotiv Yoga & Selfness Center is not obliged to verify whether the data provided by the Data Subject when giving consent is correct.
  • If you have any questions or comments regarding the use of the services, please contact the staff of Lightmotiv Yoga & Selfness Center at lightmotivstudio@gmail.com
  • Complaints from Data Subjects are handled in writing at lightmotivstudio@gmail.com.
