FLOW and Hatha Yoga

In my Flow yoga classes you can expect a dynamic practise where we move with our breath and you can expect an unusual floating into the asanas. In my beginner Hatha Yoga class we focus on the traditional Hatha Yoga elements where beginners are more than welcome as well.In this class we focus on ourselfs, with the condition of deep peace along with pure awareness, by not causing any pain inyourself.
I have always been amazed by the stunning athmospshere of the oriental culture and the awareness of the acient Yogis, however I started my own yoga practice since more than 8 years.
My sister suggested to try yoga, however in the begining it wasn’t my favorite practice, because as a regular runner my muscles were really stiff.I knew I needed it, so I started to visit Hatha Yoga classes regularly. After a very short time, I started to feel the positive outcome of the practice in my phisical,mental, and spiritual life. My own practice helped me through ruff times, in this case I am very much thankful that my sister showed me my path.
During these years I have completed the Hatha Yoga course (RYT 200 Yoga Alliance) and year by year I develop myself in different types of yoga. You can enjoy my FLOW yoga classes, however I work as Mobility instructor and in a little while you will also be able to practise a special Spine focused yoga with me.
