bodyART

It’s been almost 25 years since I attended my first yoga class. Over time, yoga has lagged behind my life then in late 2008 it „found” me again when I started practicing Iyengar Yoga.
I enrolled in Vaishnava Yogamaster programme at Bhaktivedanta College in 2016 and graduated in 2019. I have been qualified as a bodyArt trainer in 2020.
BodyArt is love for me – well, not at first sight because I repented of all my sins in the first classes. But I perserved because this form of movement works miracles: it refreshes physically and also mentally each time. I want to pass on this liberating feeling to my practitioners.
BODYART itself is a complex system of movement: it draws mainly from yoga, physiotherapy and Japanese Do In exercises which focus on the whole body, not individual muscle groups.
This form of movement strives for the harmony of the trinity of body, soul and spirit, so it is recommended for those who want to feel more balanced mentally as well.
