AERIAL YOGA FOR BEGINNERS with Ági

In our classes, we perform the exercises using a suspended hammock. We use traditional yoga poses, do strengthening and stretching exercises, just as trying out completely new poses, which can only be completed with the use of the hammock. We use the hammock through the entire class for all poses, including seated meditation, sun salutations, inversions and aerial savasana. She will show you how to use the hammock safely with the help of the experienced instructor. With precise instructions, everyone will be able to expand their own boundaries and enjoy the freedom of flying. It is suitable for practitioners of all levels, for everyone who is attracted to unique forms of movement. From poses that improve alignment to supportive stretches that decompress your spine, aerial yoga takes a dynamic, fun and safe approach to building strength, flexibility, balance, and stability.

Class duration: 75 minutes
Class structure:
• 15 minutes of meditation and warm-up
• 50 minutes of active aerial yoga
• 10 minutes of relaxation
 Here's what you need to know before you attend the first class:
Arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts to have time for changing and setting up the hammock.

Recommended clothing:
• Comfortable clothing without zippers (body-fitting clothing, long leggings and a minimum short-sleeved T-shirt or long sleeves),
 • barefoot or non-slip socks, yoga shoes,
• DO NOT wear jewelry (the hammock material can be easily damaged by sharp rings, earrings, wristwatches, hairpins.).
We recommend you not to eat 1 hour before starting of the class.
